ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue - P.Gangadevi, D/o.Badrachalam, aged about 27 years, now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

illegally confined by the fourth respondent herein and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. Today, Mr.P.Senthil Kumar, Head Constable, Sirupakkam Police Station, Cuddalore, is present.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 05.01.2021, the petitioner handed over all the certificates to Gangadevi in Sirupakkam Police Station on 06.01.2020 and that Gangadevi also gave a written acknowledgment, which was produced before us.

4. We contacted Gangadevi in mobile number 9751281117 and when enquired, she affirmed the same. She stated that she has received the certificates from the petitioner.

5. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
