Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent issued in his proceedings No.Pa.Mu.4093/2023/B3 dated 27.03.2024 in respect of Survey No.60/5X for extent of 7040 Sq. Meter situated at Kalahasthipuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by including survey number 60/5X having an extent of 7040 Sq. Meter in Patta No.30 and to issue the same made in representation dated 27.03.2025.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent vide proceedings in Proceedings No.Pa.Mu.4093/2023/B3 dated 27.03.2024, wherein, the petitioner's request for rectification of errors, which had, according to the petitioner, inadvertently crept in respect of Patta No.30.

3. At the outset, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the concerned respondent would consider the petitioner's request for modification of the patta, keeping in view the order of the third respondent dated 27.03.2024, and appropriate orders would be passed after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the uploaded copy of the order, which is accepted to by the learned Page No.2 of 4

counsel for the petitioner.

4. By recording the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
