C.M.P.No.1997 of 2021 and C.M.A.Sr.No.53393 of 2019 N.MALA, J.

This petition is filed to condoned the delay of 344 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.7,620/- in the appeal in CMA.Sr.No.53393 of 2019.

2. Mr.SP.Yuaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. Though private notice was sent to the 2nd respondent, the same is returned with an endorsement 'no such addressee'.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice to the 2nd respondent may be dispensed with in this petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
