ORDER

Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.1435 of 2018, the respondent has passed an order, dated 24.08.2022, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.11.2006. Therefore, in our opinion, no contempt is made out by the petitioner. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the said order of the respondent, it is open for him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
