ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint vide C.S.R.No.1174 of 2021, dated 17.08.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, C.S.R.No.1174 of 2021, dated 17.08.2021 was assigned and after completion of enquiry, an FIR in Crime No.1378 of 2021 was registered for offence under Section 379 IPC on 12.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
