The prayer in the present petition is to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Vellore to dispose of the S.C. No.184 of 2017 within a stipulated time.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the charge sheet was filed in the year 2011 and in view of the limited https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Vellore to expedite the trial in S.C. No. 184 of 2017 and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
