PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action in relation to irregularities committed without the proper payment of land sale consideration by many occupants in S.No.181 in respect of land classified as Thoppu Poromboke in Sekarai Village, Koothanallur Taluk Thiruvarur District and restore the land to its original status as Thoppu Poromboke by considering the representation dated 26.12.2024.
