When it is pointed by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents that the impugned order is only a consequential action taken to implement the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order dated 04.01.2019 in W.P. No. 21134 of 2019 passed by this Court and that the present Writ Petition virtually amounts to re-litigation of the adjudicated dispute, which cannot be countenanced, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue his remedy by way of appeal or review against the aforesaid order passed by this Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 3.
