A.No.3947 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the deceased 1st plaintiff. A.No.3948 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement due to the death of the 1st plaintiff namely M.A.Anbu.

A.No.3949 of 2023 has been filed to bring the L.Rs of the deceased 1st plaintiff viz 1. A.Prema -wife ; 2. T.Kalaiselvi - Daughter; 3. A.Senthil Suresh - son; 4. A. Bhuvaneswari - Daughter.
