ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13323 of 2026 order dated 21.05.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition without any violation from 28.05.2026 till date and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police has objected to relax the condition stating that the petitioner has 11 previous cases.

4. From the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13323 of 2026 order dated 21.05.2026 that the "petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders..." is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 am on alternative days until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
