Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 given to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a fair and fresh enquiry and scrap the faulty investigation conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police and Inspector of Police H-5 New Washermenpet Police in Crime No.475 of 2019.

2.In view of the limited prayer sought for without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the representation, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent herein namely, The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Thiruvottriyur Range, Chennai to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
