Mrs.C.Meera Arumugham, the learned Additional Government Pleader representing for the petitioner herein states that pending the petition for extension of time, the petitioner herein has preferred an appeal before the Co-operative Tribunal at Coimbatore in CMA.No.46 of 2022. 2/5

2. The Tribunal has entertained the appeal and also granted an interim order, I am of view that by granting extension of time, no purpose will be served. Since an order of stay is operating against the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is liable to be dismissed.
