This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12410 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore on all working days and also report before the respondent police daily at 06.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore on every alternate working days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
