This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18141 of 2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur, and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the bond, on or before 26.08.2022.
