This Application has been filed to permit the Applicant/Petitioner to file the additional document viz., copy of HDFC saving bank account statement bearing A/c.No.04441610090754 for the period from 01.08.2011 to 31.12.2014.

2.The Mother has filed Original Petition for appointing her as guardian of minor child viz., Vishwa Pranav. In the Original Petition counter was filed by the Respondent and the matter was referred to Master for recording evidence. The Mother was examined as PW1 and marked Ex.P1 to Ex.P.11.

3.At present the Applicant wants to mark the alleged statement of bank account said to be a housing loan's account details, taken in the joint name of Applicant and Respondent. The learned counsel for the Applicant would contend that the Mother alone repaying it. It was disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondent. The Respondent is at liberty to put suggestion by way of cross examination of PW1. With the above liberty, this Application is ordered, subject to the reliability and admissibility of the document.
