ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an extension of time for compliance with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12325 of 2026, dated 13.05.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for compliance with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12325 of 2026, dated 13.05.2026.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. The time for complying with the order dated 13.05.2026 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12325 of 2026, is hereby extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted to the petitioner.
