ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to pay compensation as per the Lok Adalat Award made in Lok Adalat Case No. 325 of 2014 by order dated 28.11.2014 along with 6% compound interest.

2. Both sides submitted that the compensation amount has been paid based on the Load Adalath Award dated 28.11.2014.

3. Since the payment of award amount has been made to the petitioner as per the Award of the Lok Adalath, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
