As per the order passed by this Court in Crl. R.C.No.916 of 2019 dated 01.12.2022, the Revision Petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- on the credit of the trial Court on or before 30.05.2022 and on such deposit, the respondent/complainant in S.T.C.No.374 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Erode, was permitted to withdraw the amount.

2. Now, the Revision petitioner filed this Miscellaneous petition stating that he had deposited the said amount in the name of the complainant. However, it was not accepted by the Court. Therefore, he seeks extension of time.

3.The learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner is present in Court stating that he is having Demand Draft taken in the name of the complainant in S.T.C.No.374 of 2017.

4.The Revision Petitioner is directed to cancel the said Demand Draft and get a fresh Demand Draft in the name of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Erode, in S.T.C.No.374 of 2017 and deposit the same before the trial Court.

5.The time already granted by this Court, is extended for two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to permit the complainant to withdraw the deposited amount.
