This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 122 days in preferring this petition against the order dated 06.11.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.4388 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 122 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
