a) direction directing the defendants to refund the sum of Rs.1,10,00,000/- together with interest at 12% per annum to the plaintiff from the date of plaint to till date of realization with monthly rests. b) for cost of the suit c) to grant such further or other order For the Plaintiff : Mr.Gigi Pramed

JUDGMENT

Civil Suit has been filed for recovery of money being the amount paid by the plaintiff to the defendants in respect of the Sale Agreement entered into between the parties.

2. The defendants 1 to 12 have already been set ex-parte. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the learned Master for recording ex-parte evidence. After completion of recording of evidence, the matter is again listed before this Court for further orders.

3. In support of the plaintiff case, PW1 to PW-3 have been examined and Exhibits.P1 to P22 have been marked. The evidence of PW-1 to PW-3 and documents marked as Exs.P1 to P22 are perused cumulatively and considering the same, the plaintiff has established his claim.
