Crl.OP.No.16120 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.16120 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., The petitioner namely Sasikala, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner.
3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that, there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that, it is not necessary to pass any positive orders in this petition.
