N.SESHASAYEE, J., This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 2.Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel submits that it was his client who had earlier moved WP.No.9200 of 2023 and that, he was not made a party in this proceedings and as a result, this Court came to dispose of this petition Vide its order dated 14.07.2023, jeopardizing the interest of the petitioner in WP.No.9200 of 2023.

3.The learned counsel for the TANTRANSCO makes a statement that the project is held to ransom by multiple litigations, owing to which, the project could not commission.

4.In public interest, it is important this Court takes a final decision on the inter se right, if any, between the petitioner in this petition and the petitioner in WP.9200 of 2023, as the project of the TANTRANSCO is put on hold 5.This Court now keeps the order passed on 14.07.2023 in abeyance and suo motu impleads Mr.Thilagam, the petitioner in W.P.No.9200 of 2023 as the eight respondent. The Registry is required to make necessary amendment in the cause-title.

6.Ms.Aarthi Rao, Advocate offers to enter appearance for the eight respondent.

7.The Registry is also required to put up WP.No.9200 of 2023 for reference and post the matter on 14.09.2023 under the caption 'for orders'. 13.09.2023 Tsg 2/3
