According to the Official Assignee, sufficient funds are available to discharge the claims of the creditors. But, only due to the non-cooperation of the insolvent, the dispute could not be amicably resolved.

Only for the said purpose, the Official Assignee is directed to convene one more joint meeting of the insolvent as well as creditors/other parties who have interest in the property.

Post the matter on 06.11.2023. It is made clear that the insolvent shall participate in the meeting to be convened by the Official Assignee without fail.
