(CR.NO.7 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m and thereafter appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing date at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 8153 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11888 of 2021 in Crime No.7 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.GOVINDARAJU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8153 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11888 of 2021 on 23.08.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation is still pending.

4.This Court vide order dated 23.08.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.8153 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11888 of 2021 had already modified the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

However, till date investigation has not been completed and charge sheet has not been filed. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
