Prayer in 4615 of 2012:

Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act 18/1960 as subsequently amended by Act 23/1973, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 11.10.2012 made in R.C.A.No.56 of 2009, on the file of VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, modified the order and decreetal order dated 18.03.2008 made in R.C.O.P.No.690 of 2007 on the file of X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R

Today, when the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made in the Civil Revision Petitions, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
