The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.18781 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18781 of 2019, has been complied with vide G.O.(2D).Nos.85 & 86, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (F.R.2.ii) Department dated 24.04.2023.
