O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC and to file a final report before the concerned Court within stipulated period in accordance with law. 2.Today (12.02.2016), the petitioner appeared before this Court and stated that she has received Rs.10,000/- and she further submitted that she has not accepted for the compromise. The petitioner would also submitted that the balance amount has to be paid to her.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.Considering the submission made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to re-open the matter, expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
