ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the respondents, has submitted that as against the order in W.P.No.10050 of 2011, dated 28.09.2020, an appeal in Writ Appeal No.1003 of 2022 has been preferred and the same is pending.

2. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.

3. It is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
