The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 204, 318(2), 319, 336(2), 336(3), 340, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.315 of 2025, on the file of the respondent 1/3

Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the petitioner had been arrested in this case.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the petitioner had been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
