PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records dated 25.06.2003 passed in Na.Ka.No.6044/A3/02 on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to pass suitable orders for the transfer of the petitioner from the third respondent school to the second respondent school.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is no instructions from his client namely, the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as no instruction.

3. It is seen from the records that the writ petition is of the

year 2004 and the same is pending for the past 13 years. Apart from that, there is no instructions from the writ petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the writ petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
