(FIR IN CR.NO.129/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, directing him to appear before the respondent police twice a month 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders vide order dated 18.06.2019 passed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.7696 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.13564 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PALANIANDAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.

PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, directing him to appear before the Respondent Police twice a month 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, vide order dated 18.06.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7696 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.13564 of 2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
