ORDER

Alleging that the direction given in the writ petition to refix the petitioner's pay scale and disburse the entire arrears with effect from the date of initial appointment viz. from 06.12.1999 has been not complied with, present contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, the learned Additional Advocate General produced a copy of the letter dated 06.03.2025, of the petitioner herein, wherein she had categorically stated that out of the total amount of Rs.54,91,278/-, sum of Rs.17,00,012/- has been deducted towards TDS and the balance amount of Rs.37,48,744/- has been credited to the petitioner's account on 05.03.2025.

3. In view of the petitioner's own statement that the amounts due under the order of the writ petition has been settled, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature.
