This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking permission of this Court to amend the plaint.

2. Originally, the plaintiff has filed the suit to declare the Settlement Deed dated 11.09.2014 registered as Doc.No.3948/2014 before SRO, Anna Nagar executed by her as a result of the fraud played upon her by the defendants herein as null and void. The share of the plaintiff's property has been obtained under the guise of power of attorney by the first defendant. Be that as it may, now, the amendments sought for in this application are (i) sale deed registered as Doc. No.2463 of 1994 before SRO, Anna Nagar executed by S.Prabhakaran to and in favour of Mrs.Prema Raju and (ii) to declare the settlement deed dated 11.09.2014 registered as document No.3948/2014 before the SRO, Anna Nagar executed by the plaintiff with respect to her half share in Schedule 'A' mentioned property which detailed in 'Schedule -B' has a result of the fraud played upon her by the defendants herein as null and void.

3. Considering the fact that no additional pleadings have been made and also the fact that the amendment will not change the character and nature of the Suit, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to permit the applicant / plaintiff to carry out the necessary amendments and file amended plaint copy and the same shall be served on the other side and thereafter shall file the written statement.
