O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.05.2022 made in W.M.P.No.12291 of 2022 in W.P.No.12821 of 2022.

2.The petitioner herein had filed W.M.P.No.12291 of 2022 seeking an order of interim injunction retraining the respondent from altering the service conditions of its members whose names and details are given in the annexure to the affidavit including discontinuance of their service or refusing provide employment in any manner without taking permission from the learned Labour Court at Kanchipuram in I.D.No.173/2019 under Section 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act along with W.P.No.12821 of 2022 and this Court vide order dated 12.05.2022 granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for and since the said order was not complied with, the contempt petition was filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the members of the petitioner Sangam whose names and details 2/4

are given in the annexure to the affidavit in the writ petition were reinstated in service on 16.08.2023.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that liberty may be granted to the respondent to file petition seeking to vacate the interim order granted by this Court on 12.05.2022. 5.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 18.08.2023 pri Speaking Order/ Non Speaking Order Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No 3/4
