..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to relieve the lands at Survey No.480, 481/1, 481/2, which were acquired by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board for housing scheme launched at coimbatore for the purpose of formation of Thudiyulur-Vellaikinar, neighbourhood scheme, for which the award passed on 03.04.1998 in Award No.1 of 1998 in L.A.Ref.No.681 of 1989, Block No.22, on the file of the Special Thasildhar (Land Acquisition) Housing scheme launch No.1, Collectorate, Houzur Road, Coimbatore was set

aside by this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 06.08.2007 passed in W.P.No.24682 of 2007.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to relieve the lands at Survey No.480, 481/1, 481/2, which were acquired by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board for housing scheme launched at Coimbatore for the purpose of formation of Thudiyulur-Vellaikinar, neighbourhood scheme, for which the award passed on 03.04.1998 in Award No.1 of 1998 in L.A.Ref.No.681 of 1989, Block No.22, on the file of the Special Thasildhar (Land Acquisition) Housing scheme launch No.1, Collectorate, Houzur Road, Coimbatore was set aside by this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 06.08.2007 passed in W.P.No.24682 of 2007.

2. Though there was no representation for the petitioner, considering the limited relief sought by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
