This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 07.12.2020 made in W.P.No.33027 of 2013. 2.The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order dated 07.12.2020 made in W.P.No.33027 of 2013, the respondents have calculated the service benefits from 2002 to 2010 and other benefits of the petitioner and has paid a sum of Rs.25,62,570/- by way of demand draft dated 11.10.2023 to the petitioner after deducting the income tax of Rs.7,08,619/-.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law for the remaining benefits, if any. 13.10.2023 pri Speaking Order/ Non Speaking Order Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/ No 2/3
