These applications have been filed to amend the name of the 2nd petitioner i.e., Arulbalan @ Sekar Sarlack instead of Arulpalan in Crl.O.P.No.13437 of 2023 by order dated 23.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.13437 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

Further period of one week is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
