CRP.No.2812 of 2025 directing the Principal Sub-Court, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP within a period of six months. 4. Accordingly, after giving due consideration to the year of the aforesaid HMOP and the present status of the same, as well as after giving due consideration to the earlier directions given by this Court in CRP.No.2812 of 2025, this Court directs the Principal Sub-Court, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of the aforesaid HMOP, after permitting the respondent to file counter-statement in the main HMOP, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
