ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the
petitioner dated 15.03.2024 seeking to provide the retirement benefits and terminal benefits and other attended benefits to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 15.03.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
