ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to follow the procedure laid down by the Government of Tamil Nadu relating to the Tender processes adopted by the 1st respondent. 2.Heard Mr.S.K.Bose, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.In the considered view of this Court, the 1st respondent being the instrumentality of the State cannot grant any contract otherwise than by adopting tender processes. This position was further clarified by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
