The respondents had earlier reported compliance. However, not being satisfied with the instructions given to the learned counsel for the respondents, the respondents were directed to file an affidavit of status. The compliance of the same is reproduced.

Considering the above, I am inclined to close this contempt petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the action taken by the respondents. Respondents are directed to issue an appropriate order, subject of which has been communicated by way of an affidavit today, in order to facilitate the petitioner to challenge it in the manner known to law.
