O R D E R

The petitioner served as Malaria Mazdoor in the Health and Family Welfare Department and rendered more than 41 years of service. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been given bonus increment as per G.O.Ms.562, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 28.09.1998. In this regard, he made a representation dated 31.10.2015. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondents, he came forward to file this writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made seeking disposal of the representation, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
