Application No.5050 of 2019 in C.S.No.338 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The present Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, praying for an order of substituted service for the first defendant by publication in one issue of the Hindu International Edition.

Mr.N.P.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants submitted that he has no serious objection to the Application being allowed.

3. In view of the submission made by the respondents/defendants' counsel, this Court is inclined to allow the present Application.

Accordingly, the learned counsel for plaintiff is permitted to take substituted service on the first defendant, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of the Hindu International Edition, on or before 09.09.2019.
