This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13933 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
