ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 and thereby direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service from 14.02.2025 with all consequential monetary and other service benefits. The case of the petitioner is that, he was suspended from service vide order dated 14.02.2025. Aggrieved by the same, he sent a representation dated 30.05.2025 for revocation of suspension and the said representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.
Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would strongly object the petitioner's contention and would submit that the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on account of the complaint given by girl student. Therefore, suspension order was issued against the petitioner. However, he would fairly submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a reasonable time.

Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
