These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.17632 & 17635 of 2022 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, by an order dated 05.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that this Court has imposed certain conditions while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and Condition No.7(b) is that "the petitioners shall hand over the original documents which were taken by them and produce the same before the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of execution of their sureties". He further submitted that the petitioners have not taken any documents from the office premises of the defacto complainant and hence requested this Court to modify such a condition.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is hereby directed that the petitioners shall file an affidavit stating that they have not taken any original documents from the office of the defacto complainant, before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide its order dated 05.08.2022 shall remain intact. Time already granted by this Court shall stand extended till 26.08.2022.
