This petition has been filed to implead the proposed 10th respondent, i.e., The Block Development Officer, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, as 10th respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of proposed 10th respondent and has no objection for the proposed 10th respondent being impleaded in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Block Development Officer, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, is impleaded as 10th respondent in the writ petition.
