1/2 C.M.P.Nos.13229 and 8656 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.1718 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit for depositing a sum of Rs.1 Crore, as directed by this Court vide order dated 20.07.2022 in C.M.P.No.8656 of 2022 in C.R.P.No.1718 of 2022. 2.On 10.08.2022, the time limit was extended till 29.08.2022. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the Government passed Government Order in G.O.Ms.NO.65 dated 05.08.2022, based on which, the petitioner sent a communication to the Special Government Pleader complying with the above said conditional order passed by this Court. Hence, the order dated 20.07.2022 has been complied and the compliance is hereby recorded. 3.List the Civil Revision Petition after two weeks. Interim stay already granted by this Court is extended till then.
