This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10088 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 that the petitioner shall before the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC and NDPS daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this completed and the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.01 of 2021.
