This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7823 of 2023 on 27.04.2023 to report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
